Additional Amenities
Extra tables and chairs will be available for rent upon request. Power access, Wi-Fi, and other optional services may also be arranged for an additional fee. Details and pricing will be provided during the vendor application or approval process.
Food Vendors
All food vendors are required to submit an additional application directly to the event venue for health and safety compliance. We will provide the necessary form and instructions upon approval of your Nerd Fest vendor application.
Vendor Times
Vendor setup will be available on Friday, November 14th.
Exact times are still being finalized and will be announced closer to the event.

Set Up: 8AM-10AM
Hall Open: 10AM-8PM
Sunday, November 16th
Hall Open: 10AM-8PM
Vendor Pack-Up: 6PM-8PM

Cancelation Policy
Notify 90 days prior to the event for full refund.
Within 90 days prior to the event start 50% refund.
Full refunds for natural disasters/uncontrollable events causing the event to cancel.
